This covenant is made by Corr-Pro Associates, a Washington
general partnership (the "Owner") , regarding the development and
construction of a manufacturing facility in the City of Renton as
part of a project identified under Project No. ECF; SA-039-90 in

WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of certain real pro�e���;_,r��g��
in the City of Renton, State of Washington, the legal""aescri"�t'�rr--�•�
of which is set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, the City, on August 6, 1990, passed Ordinance No.
4283 establishing a joint public and private transportation
improvement program for the area south of I-405, east of the
westerly city limits, north of S.W. 43rd (S. 180th) , and west of
SR167 (the Valley Freeway) ; and
� WHEREAS, Owner wishes to develop the Property which lies
�p within the boundaries of said area;

ONOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
� 1. Owner acknowledges that the City may require property
� owners within the boundaries of said area to participate in LID
� No. 1 and LID No. 2 as described and set forth in Ordinaance No.
4283 and further acknowledges that the consideration for this
covenant shall be the approval for development of the Property.
2 . Owner agrees to participate in LID No. 1 and LID No. 2
under the terms and conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 4283 .
3 . This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the
land and shall be filed and recorded in the records of King
� County, Washington, in the Department of Records and Elections
and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Owner and
its heirs, successors and assigns.
