The owner(s) of the above described property, their successors, heits
and assigns, herebp agree and covenant to patticipate in, sign a petition
in support af, and accept any future Loca1 Improvement District (LID)
or city itiitiated proposal, and pay their fair share therefore, for the
purposes of praviding the necessary off-site impravements required by
the Rentan Subdivision Ordinance. Said improvements sha1l include
but may nat be limited to the insLallation of curbs, gutters, sidewaiks,
street paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, undergrounding af
utilities, and street lighting.
These covenants are impased in lieu of Section 9-1105{C) of Title IX of
Ordinance#1628 of the City of Renton.

DURATION �
These covenants shall run with the land and expire on December 31,
2025. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants, the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific
installed improvements as required by the Ordinances of the City of
Renton shall terminate without necessity of further documentation.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal

� procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any
