WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Renton, Washington,
did require certain restrictive covenants as a condition of
rezoning certain property legally described on Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein as fully set forth; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 6 of those restrictive

conditions; and
WHEREAS, conditions now permit termination of the covenants;
