WHEREAS, the owner of said described property desires to impose the following restrictive covenants running with the land as to use, present and future, of the above described real property. This covenant requires the current landowner or future purchasers, assignees or heirs to replace (within sixty days upon notice from the City of Renton) any and all landscaping that has died or been so severely damaged by natural causes or through improper maintenance (e.g. : improper or excessive pruning) as to destroy or significantly reduce said landscaping's original aesthetics. ESTABLISHMENT OF LANDSCAPE EASEMENT The west 11 feet of the east 25 feet of the landscape easement shown on the Helberg short plat recorded under King County Recording No. 7704130774 is released. The east 14 feet of the east 25-foot landscape easement is retained.
