If at any time Improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants, the portion af the covenants pertaining to the
specifically installed as required by the Ordinances af the City
of Renton shall terrninate without nec+essity of further
dQcurnentation.
Any violatian or breach of these restrictive cavenants may be
enforced by p►ra�r legal procedures in the Superior Court of
King Caunty by elther the C�ty of Renton or any property owners
adjoining subject property wha are adverscly af�'ect by said
breach,
