The grantor is the owner of the following described real estate
situated in King County, State of Washington:
See Attachment A
The grantee is the City of Renton. �
It is the purpose of these grants and covenants to acknowledge
this and future owners ' responsibilities for maintaining the
landscaping and site improvements on the site in accordance with
accepted landscape principals.
NOW, THEREFORE, the grantors agree and covenant with the grantee,
� its successors and assigns, said covenant to run with the land
N for the benefit of the public welfare, that said grantors, their
p heirs, successors and assigns agree to replace any and all
Nlandscaping that has died or been so severely damaged through
� improper maintenance (e.g. improper or excessive pruning or
p neglect) as to destroy or significantly reduce the original
� intent of the approved landscape plan.
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding on all
parties having or acquiring any right, title, or interest in the
land described herein until such time as the City of Renton -
rescinds the above requirement.
