DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
WHEREAS, William M. Bechtold, Duane A. Bland and Jerry
K. Brown, are the three general partners of OLYMPIC �
DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, a Washington general partnership, i,

� WHEREAS, OLYMPZC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP, is the owner
p of the following real �roperty in the City of Renton, County
Q� of King, State of Washington, described in Exhibit "A"
Oattached hereto, and
� WHEREAS, owner of said described propert}� desires to
,Q; defer payment to The City of Renton for Special Utility
Connector Charges ("SUCC") on a portion the property
described in Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the following restrictive covenants shall run
with the land as to use, present and future, of the above
described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owner hereby establishes,
Q grants and imposes restrictions and covenants running with
� the land hereinabove described with respect to use by the
undersigned, their successors, heirs, and assigns as
follows:
�' PAYMENT OF SPECIAL UTILITY CHARGES

The owner agrees to pay SUCC for that portion of the
� above described property shown as Lot 1 in Exhibit "B" at
W the time any construction permit is granted. The balance of
� � any special utility charges shall be paid when the remainder
= of the property shown as Lot 2 in Exhibit "B" is developed
� at the time any construction permit is granted.

o These covenants shall run with the land described in
� Exhibit "A" and expire upon payment in full of the then

Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants
may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
Court of King County by the City of Renton.
