STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT
An easement ror tne purpose or siorm waier clrainage �eing a strip of land 20.00 feet in
width situated in a portion of Tracts 17 and 18, HARRIES GARDEN HOME TRACTS,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 34 of Plats, page 38, records of King County,
Washington, said plat situated in the Northeast quarter, Section 8, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., EXCEPT that porfion of said Tract 18 taken for S.R. 405 (P.S.H.
No. 1) by King County Superior Court Cause No. 656773, said easement having 10.00 feet
on each side of the following described centerline:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Tract 17; thence S 89° 51'00" W along the
south line of said Tract 17 a distance of 207.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of said
centerlicle, tlie said soutli line being tl�e southerly limits of said easement sidelines; tt�ence
N 59° 51'00" E a distance of 57.00 feet; thence N 16° 07'S9" E a distance of 43.50 feet;
thence N 25° 39'09" E a distance of 35.00 feet; thence N 13° 21'00" E a distance of 48.00
