Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction and until such time
as the sewer improvements have Ueen accepted for the operation and maintenance Uy the Grantee but
not later than one year from execution of this document. At the conclusion of construction the City will
not own, operate, or maintain facilities within this temporary easement.
