A 20 foot wide strip of land being a portion of Tract 10 of
Joseph P. Marshall Tracts , Vol 38 of Plats pg 30, Records of
King County, also known as City of Renton Short Plat No
052-88 , whose centerline is described as :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said short plat, being
a point on the North margin of NE Sunset Blvd, Thence along
said margin, on a bearing of S 64°56 ' 27" W, a distance of
207 . 50 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence N 25°03 ' 39" W, a distance of 40.00 feet, to reference
Point "A" ;
