' �'� rr NOW, THEREFORE, Owner hereby establishes, grants, and imposes �� „� restrictions and covenants with respect to landscaping and landscape � maintenance by Owner, its successors, heirs, assigns, and tenants as follows: �- :'-; RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS Owner shall maintain the landscaping and related site i�►provements on the Land in accordance with accepted standards for the greater Seattle, ' Washington, area relating to landscaping the landscape maintenance of retail shopping centers, and in accordance with the City of Renton, Examiner's Report and Decision issued February 8, 1993, a copy of. which i� attached hereto as E:thibt B including, without limitation, replacement of any landscaping that dies or is severely damaged through improper maintenance (i.e. , improper or '" excessive pruning) . DURATION These covenants shall run with the Land and expire on December 31, 2025.
