DURATION
These covenants shall nzn with the iand and expire on December 31,
2025. If at any time improvements are installed pursuant to these
covenants, the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific
instalted improvements as required bq the Urdinances of the Ciry af I

Renton shall terminate without necessicy of further documentatian.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive cavenartts may he enforced by proper Iegal
pracedures in the Superior Court of King Caunty by eithet the City of Renton ar any
