follawing testrictive covenants running with ttie land as to use, present and future, of

NOW, THEREFORE, the afaresaid owner(s) hereby establish, grant and impose
restrictions and cavenants running with the land hereinabove described with respect
to the use by the undersigned, their successors, heirs, and assigns as follaws:

utilities, and street lighting.
These covenants are imposed in lieu of Section 9-1105<6) of Title IX of
t?rdinance#iG28 Qf the Ciry of Renton.
