RESTRICTIYE COVENANT REGARDING LID PARTICIPATION
This covenant is made by G & K Services, Co., a Minnesota corporation (the "Owner"),
regarding the Valle� Transportation �rUgrar�l actopted by the �City of Renton as a poiicy under the
State Environmental Policy Act by Resolution No. 2807.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of certain real property located in the City of Renton,
State of Washington, the legal description of which is set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City, on August 6, 1990, passed Ordinance No. 4283 establishing a joint
public and private transportation improvement program for the area south of I-405 and west of
SR 167 (the Valley Freeway); and
WHEREAS, Owner wishes to develop the Property which lies within the boundaries of
said area.
O NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual promises
� contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
� which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed as follows:
� AGREEMENT:

� l. Owner hereby acknowledges that the City requires property owners within the �
� boundaries of said area to participate in LID No. t and LID No. 2 as described and set forth in
�' Ordinance No. 4283 and further acknowledges that the consideration for this covenant shall be the
� approval for development of the Property.
2. Owner agrees to participate in LID No. 1 and LID No. 2 under the terms and
� conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 4283.
3. This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be filed and
recorded in the records of King County, Washington, in the Department of Records and Elections
�; and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Owner and its heirs, successors and assigns.
