hereto, imposed certain restrictive covenants on their property =

WHEREAS, the City of Renton initially required the imposition

of those restrictive covenants; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, following public hearing, under � �
� Files Nos. R-051-85 and SP-052-86 determined, pursuant to the

� decision of the Hearing Examiner dated June 17, 1994, that the I�

� covenants were no longer necessary;

� NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Renton does hereby release said
�
restrictive covenants .
The owners of the property agree with the removal of these
covenants as indicated by their signatures hereto.
