This RESTRICTIVE COVENANT REGARDING LID PARTICIPATIOi� (this
� "Covenant") is made by STRADA DA VALLE, a Washington general
� partnership ("Strada") , in favor of the CITY OF RENTON, a
� Washington municipal corporation (the "City") , with respect to the
O following facts.

0 A. Strada is the owner of the following-described property
a+ lying within the City's corporate limits (the "Strada Parcel") :

See Exhibit 1, attached.
B. As a provision of a Traffic Mitigation Agreement between
the City and Strada dated March 31, 1994, Strada agreed to execute
and deliver this Covenant to the City for recording in the records
of King County, Washington.
WHEREFORE, with respect to these facts, Strada hereby
covenant's not to protest formation of LID 1 as described in City
of Renton Ordinance 4283 . This covenant shall run with the land
consisting of the Strada Parcel and shall be binding upon Strada
and Strada's heirs, personal representatives, successors and
assigns with respect to the Strada Parcel.
