covenants running with the land as a condition placed on the title of the remaining undeveloped
property regarding the requirement, obligation and promise to pay the Special Utility Connection
Charge (SUCC) when that portion of the property is developed. The Special Utili*�� Cennection
Charge (SUCC) shall be at the rates in effect at the time a formal application is submitted which
would invoke the SUCC charge.
� NOW, THEREFORE, the aforesaid owner(s) hereby establish, grant and impose restrictions and

DURATION

These covenants shall run with the land and shall not expire. If at any time the
Sanitary Scwer SUCC fee is paid on the exempted area pursuant to these covenants, �
the portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific exempted area as required
by the Ordinances of the Ciry of Renton shall ternunate by the filing and recording
of a Partial Satisfaction of Sanitary Sewer Tap, Hook-up, or Connection Charge
release form with King Counry.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal
procedures in the Superior Court of King counry by either the City of Renton or any property
owners adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by said breach. Attorney's fees are
the responsibility of the owners if enforcement of these restrictive covenants are necessary.
