TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTTON EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Block 5, Woody Glen Addition, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Volume 47 of Plats, Pages 91-92, Records of King County, Washington, and that portion
of Lots 25 through 30 inclusive, Block 13, Latimer's Lake Park Addition, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 63, Records of King County,
Washington, lying northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 5, said Plat of Woody Glen Addition;
Thence southerly along the westerly line of said Block 5, a distance of 200 feet to the
beginning of the aforementioned line;
Thence easterly along said line, which runs perpendicular to the westerly line of said
Block 5, to a point of intersection with the easterly line of said Block 13, Latimer's Lake
Park Addition, and the terminus of said line, said terminus also being a point on the
westerly right-of-way line of Rainier Avenue North.
All situate in the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 23 North, Range 5 East,
W.M., in King Counry, Washington.
