� for the purposes of the construction operation , maintenance ,
replacement , enlargement of a sanitary sewer and over , across ,
upon and under said real property together with all necessary
appurtenances therefore . Grantee shall have the right to
access to the easement to enable grantee to exercise its
rights hereunder .
This easement is granted for the benefit of and appur—
tenant to those real properties or any portion of such real
properties in the County of King , State of Washington , owned
by Grantees , which are described as follows :

THE PROPERTIES BENEFITED
This grant of easement shall run with the land and shall
be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto and their respective personal representatives , heirs ,
sucessors and assigns .
Following any construction , maintenance , replacement or
enlargement of the sanitary sewer or appurtenances therefor ,
Grantee shall , to the extent reasonably practicable , restore
the easement to the condition it was in immediately prior to
such work.
