Grantee may from time to time construct such additional faeilities as it rn,ay reyuire, This easement is granted
subject ta tha follawir►g terms and con�itions:
1. Th� �Grantee shall, upon completian o�any work within thc property cvvered by the casement, restore the
surface of tlie easement, and any private improvements disturbecf ar destroyecE during execution of the work, as
nearty as practicable to the condidon they were in immediately befoce cammencement of tha work or ontry by the
. Grantee.
2. �ixa�ttor shall retain the right to use the surface af the easement as Iong as such use does nat interfere with the
easement rights granted ta the Crantee. GXantor shall noc, however, have tha righc to:
a. Errct or maintain any buildings or structnres within tlte easement; ar
b. Plant trees, shrubs or vegetation having deep root patterns which naay cause dama�,e to r�r enterfere witli the
utilities to ba placed within the easement by the Grantee; ar
c. Develap, [andscape, or beautify the easement area in any way whlch would unreasonably increase the costs
to the Grantee of restoring the easernent arta and any pcivate improvernents therein.
d. Dig, tunnel or perform other forms of construction activities on the pzoperty which would disturb the
compaction or uneacth Grantee's facilides on the right-of-way, or endanger the lateral support facilities.
e. Blast within fifteen(15) feet of the right-of-way.
This easement shall run with the land described herein, and shall be binding upon the parties, their heirs, success�rs
, iat interesi and assigns. Grantors covenant that they are the Iawful awners.af the abnve properties and that th�y have
a gaod and Eawfu� right to execute this agreement. �
