That said Grantor(s), for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) paid by Grantee, and other
valuable consideration, do by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public utility (storm water) improvements with
� necessary appurtenances over, through, across and upon the following d;;scribed property in King County,

� Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction and until such time as the

maintain facilities within this temporary easement.

A temporary construction easement over the east 50 feet, as measured along the north line, of the
following described main tract:
The north 116.50 feet of Tract 48, N.H. Latimer's Lake Washington Plat, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 6, Page 70, Records of King County, VVashington, lying westerly of
Primary State Highway No. 5 (Rainier Avenue North) and Nelson Place NW. Also known as Lot
2 of City of Renton Lot Line Adjustment No. 018-80.
As situated in the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
King County, Washington.
