KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, is the
owner of a perpetual easement acquired from Charles F. Shane and Agnes E Shane dated on Februarv 21,
196g recorded under King County Recording No. 6311736 records of King County, State of Washington over
real property described as follows:
A 10 foot easement, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of Gov't Lot 8, Section 17, Township 23 North, Range
� 5 East, W.M., with the centerline of Primary State Highway #169, (Maple Valley Highway);
� Thence southeasterly along said centerline a distance of 368.44 feet;
Q Thence south 50° 20' 21" west 30.19 feet to the true point of beginning of said 10 foot easement;
� Thence continuing south 50° 20' 21" west to the bank of the Cedar River.

� Together with an additional 10 foot easement, 5 feet on either side of the previously described 10 foot
O easement; being 20 feet in length and lying westerly of a line drawn perpendicularly from a point on
� the centerline of said previously described easement south 50° 20' 21" west 132.31 feet from the
centerline of Maple Valley Highway.
THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under
above described easement.
