KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, is the owner of
an easement acquired from THE BROADACRES, INC dated on March 16, 1988, recorded under King County
Recording Number 8803161006 records of King County, State of Washington:
The City of Renton releases utility easement rights as described in Exhibit A attached hereto;
The City of Renton retains utility easement rights as described in Exhibit B attached hereto.
But this release shall not impair the easement rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording Number
8803161006, as to the easement therein described not hereby released. Except as explicitly released by this
document the remaining City Easement rights shall remain in full force and effect.
Correction: The legal description contained within King County Recording Number 8803161006 is amended by
Exhibit B of this document.
