KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the CITY OF RENTON, a municipal corporation, is the owner
of an easement acquired from Washington Jockey Club dated on February 23, 1977 recorded under King County
Recording Number 7702230623 records of King County, State of Washington, over real property described as
follows:
A utility easement over the following described property:
All that portion of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, TWP. 23 N., Rng. 4E., W.M. lying southerly of
the southerly R/W margin of S. 153rd St. (S.W. 16th St.)more particularly described as foliows:
�� BEGINNING at Station 49+20.75 which marks the P.C. of a curve on the City of Renton survey line of S.W.
� 16th St. under Job W-212A for the City of Renton Water Department; thence easterly along said survey line a
,r.� distance of 426.92 ft. to Station 44+93.83; thence southerly at right angles to said survey line a distance of 35
� ft. to a point on the south R/W margin of S.W. 16th St., said point hereinafter designated as Point "A" and the
t"'� true point of beginning; thence continuing southerly at right angles to said survey line, along a line hereinafter
� designated as line "A-1", a distance of 325 ft.; thence westerly parallel with the south R/W margin of S.W.
�") 16th St., a distance of 10 ft.; thence northerly along a line parallel with and 10 ft. westerly of line A-1, a
� distance of 85 feet more or less; thence westerly parallel with the south R/W margin of S.W. 16th St., a

THE CITY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under
above described easement.
