COMES NOW Grantor, Rich Snyder, a.ud conveys to Crrantee, the City of Renton, a
temporary easement for roadway purposes over the following described real property:
See E}chibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth.
l. PURPOSE.
This easement is to provide public access between S.W. 12th Street and the public

4. CONSIDERATION.

� As long as the City is utilizing this easement, it shall maintain to City standards the

I, RICHARD M. SNYDER, hereby appoint BOYD F. BUCKINGHAM, as my true
and lawful attorney for me and in my name and stead, and for my use and
benefit to encumber the following described real property:
See Exhibit "A" , attached hereto,

� Giving and granting unto my said attorney in fact full authority and
� power to do and perform any and all other acts necessary or incident to the

� to do and perform all acts authorized hereby; as fully to all intents and
� purposes as the Grantor might or could do if personally present.
This Special Power of Attorney shall cease and be of no further force
and effect after the 6th day of February, 1996, or six (6) months from the
date hereof, whichever first occurs.
I fully understand that this Power of Attorney will result in another
person having full right to encumber my real and personal property and
obligate me to a debt.
