T'he CTTY OF RENTON does hereby abandon and release all rights acquired under a ortion of the above described
easement,said portion being described as follows:
That portion of the wateriine easement granted by instrument recorded under Recording No.6601885,Records of King
County,Washington,lying northwesterly of the northwesterly margin of SW 7th Street and lying northeasterly of the
northeasterly margin of Oakesdale Avenue S.W. Situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section 24,Township 23 North,
Ran e 4 East,W.M.,Kin Coun ,VGasnin ton.
But this release shall not impair the easement rights acquired and recorded under King County Recording No.6601885 as
to the easement therein described not hereby released.Except as explicitly released by this document,the remaining City
Easement ri ts shall remain in full force and ef�'ect.
