The contract is under negotiation at this point but if it moves forward, PSA would take over responsibility of managing Carco Theatre and renting it to the general public. Since PSA produces many programs for Renton's Channel 21, as well as other municipalities, it would be great to have them here in Renton. Vincent Orduna's position would be eliminated if this moves forward, but he is exploring other opportunities within the City. PSA might also need a theatre manager for that part of the operations. The City staff negotiating the contract with PSA is aware of the Arts Commission rotating artist display in the Carco Theatre lobby and the City does not anticipate changes to that use.
