Chair,Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:31 pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Review of the minutes from the October 25,2011 meeting.

FIRE&EMERGENCY SERVICES DEPARTMENT:
1)Unfinished Business: None
2)New Business: The Assessment Center for the recent Lieutenant Promotional opportunity took place on
November 8,2011 and is currently in the appeal process. Two appeals have come fo►ward so far and some
of the members of the Firefighter Department are present at the meeting who participated in the
Assessment Center. The eligibility list will be brought to the Civil Service Commission for certification during
the December 20, 2011 meeting. Captain Doug McDonald stated that the Local 864 discussed the process
with the members.
