FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21 , Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated OCTOBER 3RD, 197 2 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton, Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 9:00 o'clock A. .M. , OCTOBER 18TH, 197 2 .
The complaint applies to property located at:

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
1 . COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1. THE BUILDING BE DEMOLISHED.
2. A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO COMPLETE THE DEMOLITION, INCLUDING UNCOVER-
ING AND FILLING OF SEPTIC TANK AND FINAL CLEAN UP, IS THIRTY (30) DAYS,

NOVEMBER 17, 1972.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
