AGNES BENZ N OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: NONE OF RECORD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING.OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: ONE WOOD FRAME SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AND STORAGE SHED TO THE WEST OF RESIDENCE. PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: A. BECAUSE OF DILAPIDATION AND DETERIORATION,BUILDING IS SUBJECT TO STRUCTURAL FAILURE. B. BUILDING HAS BECOME SO DETERIORATED AS TO BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN AND A HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC. 1 C. BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF SANITATION FACILITIES , THE DILAPIDATION AND DECAY, THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN DEEMED BY THE KING COUNTY i HEALTH OFFICER TO BE UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND IS LIKELY TO CAUSE SICKNESS OR DISEASE. D. BECAUSE OF THE DETERIORATION, FAULTY WIRING AND HEATING APPARATUS, SAID BUILDING IS DEEMED A FIRE HAZARD. I. PORTIONS OF THIS' STRUCTURE ARE LIKELY TO COLLAPSE AND THEREBY INJURE PERSONS.
