JEFFRIES GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: ONE WOOD FRAME RESIDENCE WITH BASEMENT AND ONE SINGLE STORY WOOD FRAME RESIDENCE. PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: B. STRUCTURES HAVE BECOME SO DELAPIDATED, AND HAVE BECOME AN ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN, A HARBOR FOR VAGRANTS , CRIMINALS AND IMMORAL PERSONS. C. BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE AND DILAPIDATION, AND FAULTY SANITARY FACILITIES AS DETERMINED BY KING COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER, THEY DEEM SUBJECT BUILDINGS UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND LIKELY TO CAUSE SICKNESS OR DISEASE. D. BECAUSE OF THE DILAPIDATED CONDITION, FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING, HEATING APPARATUS , SAID BUILDINGS ARE DEEMED A FIRE HAZARD. I. PORTIONS OF SUBJECT BUILDINGS ARE LIKELY TO FAIL, THEREBY CAUSING INJURY TO PERSONS.
