Recitals
A. Grantor agreed to buy and Grantee a�reed to sell certain real property located in
King County. Washineton, legally described in attached Exhibit A and commonly knowm as Lot
4 of Blacknver Tract B ("Lot 4") pursuant to a Real Estate Purchase and Sale A�reement dated
. April 30, 1998(the"Purchase Agreement"). �
B. In connection w'tth such sale,Grantor agreed to grant to Grantee a perpetual,non-
erclusi��e easement in, under and across Lot 4 for purposes oC Grantee's satisfaction of cenain
code requirements imposed to develop certain real property o���ned by Grantee and legally
described in attached Exhibit B (the"Blacknver Property"). This Easement is intended to satisfv
the rcyuirements of Section 14.1.2 of the Purchase Agrecment.
