all designated wetlands and statutory wetland buffers to be used for wetland buffer mitigation:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Henry Adams Donation Claim No. 43;
Thence East, a distance of 114 feet;
Thence North, a distance of 30 feet, to the True Point of Beginning;
