NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
LIS PENDENS
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
• Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: ONE WOOD
FRAME SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE WITH EASEMENT AND ONE WOOD FRAME AND CON-
CRETE TWO STORY BUILDING USED FOR STORAGE BELOW AND RESIDENCE ABOVE.
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
B. STRUCTURES HAVE BECOME SO DILAPIDATED, AND HAVE BECOME AN
ATTRACTIVE NUISANCE TO CHILDREN AND A HARBOR FOR VAGRANTS ,
CRIMINALS AND IMMORAL PERSONS.
C. BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE AND DILAPIDATION AND FAULTY
SANITARY FACILITIES AS DETERMINED BY KING COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER,
THEY DEEM SUBJECT BUILDINGS UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND LIKELY
TO CAUSE SICKNESS OR DISEASE.
D. BECAUSE OF THE DILAPIDATED CONDITION, FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING,
HEATING APPARATUS, SAID BUILDINGS ARE DEEMED A FIRE HAZARD.
E. SUBJECT BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN VACANT AND OPEN TO ENTRY FOR A PERIOD
IN EXCESS OF SIX MONTHS AND THEREFORE CONSTITUTE AN ATTRACTIVE
NUISANCE AND A HAZARD TO THE PUBLIC.

CAUSING INJURY TO PERSONS.

or such other time as the hearing may be continued.

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
