Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21 , Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated JULY 12 197 1 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
r- ington beginning at 10 o'clock A .M. , JULY 29 197 1

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
1 . THE OWNER OF RECORD, MR. F. A. BREDA HAS NOT CONTACTED THE COMPLAINANT
OR OPENED THE DWELLING ON REAR OF LOT FOR INSPECTION AS PROVIDED IN ORDER
OF THE BOARD AT PUBLIC HEARING ON JULY 29, 1971.
2. THE TIME IN WHICH THE OWNER MAY FILE AN APPEAL FROM THE BOARDS DECISION
OF JULY 29, 1971, ORDERING THE DEMOLITION OF THE APARTMENT STRUCTURE ON
THE FRONT OF THE LOT HAS EXPIRED WITHOUT SUCH APPEAL BEING FILED.
3.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
THE DWELLING ON THE REAR PORTION OF THE LOT BE MAINTAINED CLOSED TO
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY AND THE ELECTRICAL POWER BE DISCONNECTED.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
