NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
L._, Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:

A. Portion of building are so deteriorated and decayed as to partially
or completely collapse.

? B. Structure has become so dilapidated and has become an attractive nuisance
to children, harbor of vagrants, criminals or immoral persons, or as to
enable persons to resort thereto for the purpose of committing unlawful
or immoral acts.
C. Building is so dilapidated that it is unfit for human habitation as
determined by County Health Officer.
D. Because of faulty wiring building is a fire hazard.
E. Building has been abandoned in excess of six months and constitutes an
attractive nuisance and hazard to public.
I. Portions of building are likely to collapse and cause injury to persons.
