entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
LI 1 . THAT THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.

2. THAT THE SUBJECT STRUCTURE IS A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION
4-2102 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3, THAT IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO REPAIR THE STRUCTURE WITHIN THE STANDARDS
ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THAT THE BUILDING BE DEMOLISHED AND THE PREMISES CLEANED TO CODE.
2. THAT THE ACTUAL DEMOLITION BE COMPLETED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THIS DATE AND
FINAL CLEAN-UP COMPLETED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THIS DATE.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
