NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that
the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
N. of said Code and as specified below:

Wood Frame Repair Shop (F2 Occupancy) and Storage Building (F2)
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
A. Because of dilapidation, deterioration, faulty construction, portions
of building are likely to collapse.
D. Because of faulty electrical wiring building is classed as a fire
hazard.
G. Building shows in excess of 33% deterioration to its supporting
members .
I. Portions of building are likely to fail and thereby injure persons
or damage property.

or such other time as the hearing may be continued.
ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE. RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE
COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
