Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21 , Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated FEBRUARY 19 197 1 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to -

ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton, Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
1 . THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT IS JUSTIFIED.
2. SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102 OF
THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
3. IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO REPAIR THE STRUCTURE; THEREFORE THE BOARD ORDERS
THE BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED AND THE PREMISES CLEANED TO CODE.
THE BOARD-OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THE BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED AND THE PREMISES CLEANED OF DEBRIS AND
BLACKBERRY VINES.
2. SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM THIS DATE IS A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO ACCOMPLISH
THIS WORK. _ - _ _

Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
