After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds :
1 . THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS REASONABLE TO REPAIR THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS ESTABLISHED
IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THE BOARD HEREBY ORDERS THAT THE BUILDING BE RENOVATED TO MINIMUM HOUSING
CODE STANDARDS BEFORE ANY OCCUPANCY, THAT AS A TEMPORARY MEASURE THE
BUILDING BE CLOSED TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY, AND THAT SUCH CLOSURE BE MAIN-
TAINED PRIOR TO AND DURING SUCH RENOVATION.
2. A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO COMPLETE THE CLOSURE- OF THE BUILDING IS
FIFTEEN (15) DAYS.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
