FINDING OF FACT AND ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 21 , Title IV, Code of General Ordinances
entitled Dangerous Building Code and the complaint of the Building Director
dated DECEMBER 4 1970 fixing the date, time and place of a hearing to
_ hear testimony of the Building Director and all parties in interest, said hear-
ing was held in the Council Chambers, Renton, Municipal Building, Renton, Wash-
ington beginning at 10 o' clock A.M. , JANUARY 26 1971 .
The complaint applies to property located at:
Address: 239 WELLS AVENUE SOUTH, RENTON, WASHINGTON
' LOT 12 IN BLOCK 22 OF TOWN OF RENTON, AS PER PLAT RECORDED
Legal Description: IN'VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 135, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY
Parties of Interest: ANNA C. BURDULIS

After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-
pondence, the Board finds:
1 . THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THE SUBJECT BUILDING IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102 OF
THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO REPAIR OR REMODEL THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS
ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
4. THE OWNER HAS AGREED BY LETTER DATED JANUARY 23, 1971 TO VACATE THE BUILDING
BY MARCH 1, 1972 AND THEN TO DEMOLISH THE STRUCTURE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THE SUBJECT BUILDING BE VACATED BY MARCH 1, 1972 AND DEMOLISHED, INCLUDING
CAPPING OF SEWER LINE AND FINAL CLEAN-UP OF PREMISES, BY MAY 1, 1972.
2.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
