After hearing evidence from the above parties present and reviewing the corres-:
pondence, the Board finds :
t" 1 . THAT THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED.
2. THAT THE SUBJECT STRUCTURE IS A DANGEROUS BUILDING AS DEFINED IN SEC. 4-2102
OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE AND IS THEREFORE A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
3. IT IS NOT REASONABLE TO REPAIR OR REMODEL THIS BUILDING WITHIN THE STANDARDS
ESTABLISHED IN SEC. 4-2103 OF THE DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THE SUBJECT BUILDING BE DEMOLISHED AND THAT A REASONABLE TIME IN WHICH TO
ACCOMPLISH THIS DEMOLITION, INCLUDING FINAL CLEAN-UP OF PREMISES, IS THIRTY
(30) DAYS.
2.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
