PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A "DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102: F. The exterior walls lean and buckle to an extent that a plumb line passing through the center of gravity falls outside the center one-third of the base. The exterior wall of this building is separated from the adjoining building to the north by approximately six inches at its base and by three inches at the top of wall under the gutter. At the south- east corner this building leans to the west 1/4 inch per 12 inches of height. G. The structural wood foundation members are more than one-third deteriorated. • D. The building is of non-fire protected, wood frame construction, contains faulty, deteriorated electrical wiring, and is a fire hazard. BUILDING AT TIME OF POSTING: VACANT ' ! A hearing will be held before the Board of Public Works, City Hall, 200 Mill Avenue South, Renton, Washington TIME 10 A.M. DATE December 8, 1970 or such other time as the hearing may be continued. ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST WILL BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO FILE AN ANSWER TO THE COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
