NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
LIS PENDENS
The Building Director of the City of Renton, acting under the authority of
Chapter 21, Title IV, of the Code of General Ordinances, City of Renton,
entitled "City of Renton Dangerous Building Code", hereby complains that

�p the subject property is a "dangerous building" as defined in Section 4-2102
of said Code and as specified below:
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 411 Wells Avenue South, Renton, Washington
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 18, Block 19, Town of Renton,
except the west five (5) feet
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: B. E. Puckett
OTHER PARTIES OF INTEREST: Glenn T. Rogge & Jeannette Rogge ;± _
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TYPE OF BUILDING OR STRUCTURE DEEMED UNSAFE: •
Wood frame, single family residence, two (2) story, without basement
PARTICULARS WHICH CAUSED THE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE A
"DANGEROUS BUILDING" AS DEFINED IN SECTION 4-2102:
A. Because of deterioration of the wood foundation, a portion of _�
the building may collapse.
B. Has become so dilapidated and deteriorated as to become an
attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants,
criminals or immoral persons.
C. Because of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation and decay,
the building is unfit for human habitation.
E. Building has been abandoned for a period in excess of six (6)
months so as to constitute such building or portion thereof
an attractive nuisance or hazard to the public.
I. Portions of the building are likely to collapse and injure
persons or damage property.

COMPLAINT, TO APPEAR IN PERSON OR OTHERWISE, AND TO GIVE TESTIMONY AT THE
TIME AND PLACE INDICATED ABOVE.
