1 . THE COMPLAINT OF THE BUILDING DIRECTOR IS JUSTIFIED AND CONCURS IN THE
LIST OF PARTICULARS CONTAINED IN THE COMPLAINT WHICH CAUSED THIS STRUC-
TURE TO BE CLASSIFIED A "DANGEROUS BUILDING".

THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS HEREBY ORDERS:
1 . THE BUILDING BE DEMOLISHED.
2. THIRTY (30) DAYS IS SUFFICIENT TIME IN WHICH TO ACCOMPLISH THIS ORDER.
Parties affected by this Finding of Fact and Order have the right of appeal to
the Building Appeals Commission at the office of the Building Director within
thirty (30) days of the date of service of this decision or order.
