The Cedar Ridge Residential Park Association, Inc. , shall, during the term of the franchise granted pursuant to Renton Ordinance No. 3554, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Renton from any and all liability of whatever kind or nature arising from or in connection with the construction, maintenance, usage or day to day operation of said private roadway, including any injury to persons or property, except where such liability or injury arises as the sole and proximate result of the negligence of the City of Renton or of its agents or employees. *(See Paragraph 7 referring to Para. 9.27) Dated this 9,614' day of ricxvc,L , 1984.
