Village Square Center (see attached legal description) does
grant unto the City of Renton and unto adjacent property owners
Gthe right to drain all storm water runoff from properties owned
4 by them into that storm water system installed by Wilgeo III.

Wilgeo III further agrees to maintain the storm water system and
to hold the City of Renton and the property owners referred to
above harmless from anyand a d all damages ensuing from failure to
so maintain such storm water runoff system as noted.
