CD EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT

C7 WHEREAS a certain Agreement and Conveyance Re Water Mains

and Appurtenances has heretofore been entered into under date of October
4, 1968 by and between the CITY OF RENTON and JOHN R. BUTTS and JANIS K. 1
BUTTS , his wife and ROBERT J. BUTTS and FRANCES C. BUTTS , his wife , which
said Agreement is duly recorded with the Director of Records 8 Elections
under date of October 7 , 1968 , Receiving No . 6416723 , King County,
Washington; and
WHEREAS said Agreement will expire by its terms and conditions
on October 4, 1973 , and
WHEREAS Owner has heretofore made application to extend
and renew said Agreement for a further period of five (5) years relating
to the provisions contained in paragih 6 of said Agreement, NOW THEREFORE
IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND COVENANTED AS FOLLOWS :
1. That certain Agreement dated October 4, 1968 is hereby
extended for a further term of five (5) years so that said Agreement shall
expire by its terms and conditions in any event not later than October 1 ,
1978 , and paragraph 6 of said Agreement is hereby modifiedaccordingly .
2 . All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
