ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT RE: UTILITY SYSTEMS
WHEREAS Joepete McCaslin and the City of Renton entered
into an agreement and conveyance re utility systems dated June 11,
1981, also known as a latecomer ' s agreement; and
WHEREAS the parties have agreed to the assignment of said
latecomer' s agreement to the City of Renton upon payment '10 Joepete
d' McCaslin of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration;
