FULL SATISFACTION OF LATECOMER'S LIEN
WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and
between CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipal corporation, and HUDCOR, INC. , A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, AND WILLIAM E. ROBERTS AND AILEEN V. ROBERTS.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 27th
day of October , 1980, bearing Auditor's File Number 8010270481 , and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically
defined properties; and
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of that property has fully satisfied its
portion of the latecomer's agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said parcel be released from the
c0 lien created by the latecomer's agreement;
